- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced chicken; sauté until the chicken is cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
- Stir in broccoli, red bell pepper, and snap peas; cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked lo mein noodles and soy sauce into the skillet; toss to combine for a few minutes.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through. Serve garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
