Crisp on the outside and juicy inside, this gluten-free air fryer chicken is ready in just 30 minutes, making it a perfect quick dinner option.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry.
  2. In one bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place coated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Lightly spray the coated chicken with cooking spray or drizzle olive oil over each piece.
  6. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding lemon zest or Italian seasoning to the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer for the best results.
