- 2 cups eggnog
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Cinnamon stick (for garnish)
Instructions
- Measure 2 cups of cold eggnog and 1 cup of vanilla ice cream. Chill two glasses in the fridge for a few minutes if you like a frosty presentation. Gather nutmeg, cinnamon, whipped cream, and a cinnamon stick.
- Add the eggnog and vanilla ice cream to the blender. Sprinkle in the ground nutmeg and ground cinnamon.
- Blend on medium-high until smooth and creamy, about 20–30 seconds. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed, then blend again until the texture is even and thick.
- Pour the milkshake into chilled glasses. Top each with a swirl of whipped cream and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Best eaten immediately for texture and flavor. If you must store leftovers, place the shake in a covered container and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Re-blend before serving.
