Description

A festive, creamy treat that combines rich eggnog and vanilla ice cream with warm spices for a smooth, cozy holiday drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups eggnog
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Cinnamon stick (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Measure 2 cups of cold eggnog and 1 cup of vanilla ice cream. Chill two glasses in the fridge for a few minutes if you like a frosty presentation. Gather nutmeg, cinnamon, whipped cream, and a cinnamon stick.
  2. Add the eggnog and vanilla ice cream to the blender. Sprinkle in the ground nutmeg and ground cinnamon.
  3. Blend on medium-high until smooth and creamy, about 20–30 seconds. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed, then blend again until the texture is even and thick.
  4. Pour the milkshake into chilled glasses. Top each with a swirl of whipped cream and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Best eaten immediately for texture and flavor. If you must store leftovers, place the shake in a covered container and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Re-blend before serving.
