Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, almond flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir until well combined, achieving a sticky mixture.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and spoon the mixture into each liner, packing it down firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set before removing from liners.
