- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced green onions
- 1/2 cup of diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced green onions, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed based on your preference for spice and saltiness.

Notes
For a chunkier texture, reserve some jalapeños and green onions to fold in just before serving. Can be made a day in advance.
