A simple and homey peach crisp full of summer flavor, featuring juicy peaches under a golden oat topping.

- 6 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Toss gently to coat and spread in the prepared dish.
- In another bowl, mix together flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the peaches. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving warm with ice cream or yogurt.
Notes
Serve warm for best texture contrast. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
