Ingredients

- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup chopped apples
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped apple.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until browned on the other side.
- Serve warm, sprinkled with additional cinnamon if desired.
Notes
For a heartier breakfast, serve with crispy bacon or sausage on the side. You can customize with syrup, fruits, or nuts.
