  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti or noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside, allowing them to cool slightly to prevent sticking.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger until the mixture is well combined.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles and the sauce. Toss well to coat each strand of noodle with the flavorful sauce.
  4. Add the sliced green onions and any optional vegetables. Toss again to ensure everything is well mixed. Serve topped with sesame seeds for a delightful crunch!

Notes

Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey depending on your taste preference. To prevent sticking, rinse the noodles under cold water after draining.
