Description

A creamy, tangy dip combining ripe avocados, feta cheese, and garlic, perfect for parties or casual snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl. Mince the garlic and measure the lemon juice, olive oil, and feta.
  2. Mash the avocados with a fork until smooth or slightly chunky, depending on your texture preference. Add the crumbled feta, lemon juice, olive oil, and minced garlic to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
  3. No cooking is required for this recipe. Cover and chill for 15–30 minutes if a cooler dip is preferred. Alternatively, pulse in a food processor for a smoother, creamier texture.
  4. Season the dip with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with pita chips, raw vegetables, or crusty bread.

Notes

Ideal for storing in an airtight container for up to 2 days. To prevent browning, press plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the dip before sealing.
