Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Lay the brie cheese in the center of a baking sheet and arrange the crescent triangles around it, overlapping the edges to form a wreath shape around the cheese.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon generously over the brie.
- Brush the crescent dough with the beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
