Description

A delightful blend of flaky crescent dough, creamy brie cheese, and crispy bacon, perfect for holiday gatherings or cozy family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Lay the brie cheese in the center of a baking sheet and arrange the crescent triangles around it, overlapping the edges to form a wreath shape around the cheese.
  3. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon generously over the brie.
  4. Brush the crescent dough with the beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with crackers, fresh fruit, or a light salad. Optionally drizzle with honey for added sweetness.
