- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

- 1/4 cup oats

- 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small baking dish or two oven-safe bowls with the tablespoon of butter.
- Combine cottage cheese, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and evenly sweetened.
- Gently fold in blueberries, ensuring they remain intact.
- Spread the mixture into the greased dish and sprinkle oats and nuts on top. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Notes
Serve warm with a drizzle of honey or Greek yogurt. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days.
