Ingredients

- 200g feta cheese
- 300g pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 400g cherry tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the feta cheese in the center of a baking dish and surround it with cherry tomatoes and minced garlic.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the feta and tomatoes, then season with salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes until the feta is soft and tomatoes are blistered.
- Mash feta and tomatoes together to create a creamy sauce. Cook pasta per package instructions, then toss with the sauce and garnish with basil before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of olive oil.
