Description

A creamy and flavorful baked feta pasta dish with roasted cherry tomatoes and al dente pasta, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g feta cheese
  • 300g pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 400g cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the feta cheese in the center of a baking dish and surround it with cherry tomatoes and minced garlic.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the feta and tomatoes, then season with salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes until the feta is soft and tomatoes are blistered.
  4. Mash feta and tomatoes together to create a creamy sauce. Cook pasta per package instructions, then toss with the sauce and garnish with basil before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of olive oil.
