- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the fish fillets dry and place in a lightly oiled baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets, sprinkle with minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Press lemon slices onto the fish.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven, let rest for 1–2 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, choose even-thickness fillets for consistent cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
