- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large bananas, sliced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 banana, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes and cool.
- Beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in sliced bananas.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form and fold into the banana cream mixture.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Before serving, garnish with banana slices on top and enjoy!
Notes
For a crunchier crust, consider adding a tablespoon of sugar to the graham cracker crumbs.
