Description

A delightful fusion of creamy cheesecake and the classic flavor of banana cream pie, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 banana, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes and cool.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in sliced bananas.
  3. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form and fold into the banana cream mixture.
  4. Pour the filling over the cooled crust, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  5. Before serving, garnish with banana slices on top and enjoy!

Notes

For a crunchier crust, consider adding a tablespoon of sugar to the graham cracker crumbs.
