Bright, spicy, and quick to make, this Bang Bang Fried Rice pairs fluffy rice with mixed vegetables and a punchy bang-bang sauce.

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add mixed vegetables and sauté for 3–5 minutes until tender.
- Push vegetables to one side and pour the beaten egg to scramble.
- Stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, and sriracha, cooking for another 3–4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Use day-old rice for the best texture. Adjust sriracha and soy sauce to meet your spice preference.
