Description

Rich, chocolatey brownies with a dense, moist crumb, perfect for a low-carb treat.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, salt, and baking powder; whisk until even.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, gently folding in chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  6. Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into 9 squares.

Notes

For a more intense chocolate flavor, use Dutch-processed cocoa powder and add a pinch more salt.
