- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat, then add cream cheese and heavy cream. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Mix in cheddar cheese until fully melted, then combine with the steamed cauliflower.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan and paprika if desired, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
