- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Begin by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, draining any excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, browned beef, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, onions, and shredded cheese.
- Add the Thousand Island dressing to the bowl and mix until evenly coated.
- Season salad with salt and pepper to taste; adjust as needed.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
