- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- Biscoff cookies for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- Cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the Biscoff spread and vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Top with crushed Biscoff cookies before serving.
Notes
For added decadence, drizzle melted Biscoff spread over the top of the cake before garnishing with cookies.
