Description

A delightful dessert combining Biscoff cookie spread and creamy white chocolate for a rich treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the Biscoff cookie spread and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth.
  2. Add the white chocolate chips and stir until completely melted and well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the crushed Biscoff cookies on top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Cut into squares and serve.
