- 1 cup Biscoff cookie spread
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies for topping
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the Biscoff cookie spread and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth.
- Add the white chocolate chips and stir until completely melted and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the crushed Biscoff cookies on top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for up to three months.
