Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and layer them in a greased casserole dish. Distribute cooked sausage over biscuits.
- Pour the milk and egg mixture over the biscuits and sausage, then sprinkle cheese on top.
