Ingredients

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cut the biscuits into quarters and layer them in a greased casserole dish. Distribute cooked sausage over biscuits.
  5. Pour the milk and egg mixture over the biscuits and sausage, then sprinkle cheese on top.
