- 1 pound beef (sliced thinly)
- 2 cups cabbage (shredded)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and shredded cabbage, stir-frying until the cabbage is wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Return the beef to the pan, add soy sauce and black pepper, and stir to combine.
- Drizzle sesame oil for added flavor and adjust salt to taste. Cook for an additional minute or until everything is heated through.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
