- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing pan)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
- In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt; mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden and the center is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
