Description

A creamy and nutritious bake featuring cottage cheese and blueberries, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing pan)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt; mix until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden and the center is set.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
