- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cottage cheese, and milk. Stir well to combine.
- Add the honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Divide the mixture into two serving jars or containers. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours). Serve chilled.
Notes
For added richness, drizzle a little more honey or nut butter before serving. Store in airtight containers for up to 4 days.
