Description

A quick, creamy, and wholesome breakfast that blends cottage cheese, rolled oats, and juicy blueberries, prepared the night before.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cottage cheese, and milk. Stir well to combine.
  2. Add the honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  4. Divide the mixture into two serving jars or containers. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours). Serve chilled.

Notes
