Description

A deliciously creamy dish with gnocchi, ground beef, crispy bacon, and vibrant broccoli, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of gnocchi
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 ounces Boursin cheese
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped bacon and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove bacon and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add broccoli florets and cook for about 5 minutes until tender and bright green.
  5. Stir in Boursin cheese, allowing it to melt and blend with beef and broccoli.
  6. Add cooked gnocchi and crispy bacon back into the skillet and toss until evenly coated.
  7. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes

For richer flavor, add garlic or onion with the beef. Can swap ground beef with turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
