- 1 package of gnocchi
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 ounces Boursin cheese
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped bacon and cook until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove bacon and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add broccoli florets and cook for about 5 minutes until tender and bright green.
- Stir in Boursin cheese, allowing it to melt and blend with beef and broccoli.
- Add cooked gnocchi and crispy bacon back into the skillet and toss until evenly coated.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
For richer flavor, add garlic or onion with the beef. Can swap ground beef with turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
