Description

A bright and colorful fruit salad combining sweet strawberries, juicy blueberries, tangy pineapple, crisp grapes, and soft bananas, all dressed in a light honey-lemon glaze.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, grapes, and bananas.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Drizzle the honey mixture over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with mint leaves.

Notes

Best eaten the same day for peak texture and color. To prevent bananas from browning, toss them with a little lemon juice or add just before serving.
