- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan. Prepare the brownie mix as per package instructions, and spread the batter in the pan.
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in chocolate chips and sour cream until combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer and smooth the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the cheesecake layer is mostly set with a slight jiggle in the center.
- Let it cool on a wire rack for at least 1 hour. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before removing the springform ring and slicing.
