Description

Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza combines the flavors of buffalo chicken wings with a crispy flatbread base, making it perfect for game days and casual dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush it lightly with olive oil.
  3. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce and stir until fully coated.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the prepared flatbread.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and crumbled blue cheese on top.
