Description

A quick and satisfying dish of silky noodles coated in a rich buttery garlic sauce, topped with Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat them with the garlic butter. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
