- 8 oz linguine or fettuccine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb scallops
- 1/2 lb crab meat
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine or fettuccine according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, chopped bell pepper, and minced garlic, then sauté until the vegetables are soft, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning, shrimp, scallops, and crab meat. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and all of the seafood is cooked through, approximately 5-6 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, simmering for 5 minutes to thicken the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Combine the pasta with the seafood sauce, tossing to coat. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Serve hot with garlic bread or a fresh green salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
