Description

Delightful and festive treats combining the rich fudginess of brownies with refreshing peppermint crunch, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup peppermint candies, crushed
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water until smooth.
  3. Spoon the brownie batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup halfway, and bake for 20-25 minutes until mostly clean when tested with a toothpick. Let cool.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and half the crushed peppermint until smooth. Core the cooled brownies, fill with the cream cheese mixture, and drizzle with melted white chocolate. Top with remaining peppermint and chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Ensure your cream cheese is softened for a smooth filling. For extra flavor, add peppermint extract to the cream cheese mixture.
