Description

Quick and tasty wraps filled with creamy garlic chicken and melted cheese, perfect for a busy weeknight or a light lunch.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Large lettuce leaves or low carb tortillas
  • Optional: sliced tomatoes, avocado, or other desired toppings

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients and shred the cooked chicken finely.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the chicken mixture for 2–4 minutes if you prefer warm filling.
  4. Spoon an even portion of the chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf or tortilla and add optional toppings.
  5. Fold or roll the lettuce/tortilla tightly and serve immediately.

Notes

For a warm option, press the wraps in a skillet or panini press for 1–2 minutes per side. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
