- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Large lettuce leaves or low carb tortillas
- Optional: sliced tomatoes, avocado, or other desired toppings
Instructions
- Gather ingredients and shred the cooked chicken finely.
- Combine the shredded chicken, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the chicken mixture for 2–4 minutes if you prefer warm filling.
- Spoon an even portion of the chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf or tortilla and add optional toppings.
- Fold or roll the lettuce/tortilla tightly and serve immediately.
Notes
For a warm option, press the wraps in a skillet or panini press for 1–2 minutes per side. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
