Description

A quick breakfast bowl that combines creamy Greek yogurt, tart cherries, and crunchy granola for a delightful start to your day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Softening the cream cheese and pitting cherries. Measure the yogurt, granola, honey, and cream cheese.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. No cooking is required; however, if preferred, gently simmer the cherries with honey.
  4. Spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture into bowls, followed by granola and cherries. Repeat layers and top with chopped nuts if desired.

Notes

Best eaten immediately. If storing, cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Separate components for best texture.
