Description

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
