- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups frozen tater tots
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. If using broccoli, fold in the florets.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the baking dish. Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on top, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly. Cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
To restore crispiness after refrigeration, reheat uncovered in the oven or toaster oven.
