Description

A hearty and flavorful meal combining shredded chicken, beef, and crispy bacon with ranch dressing and fresh vegetables, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked beef, shredded
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, corn, broccoli)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, shredded beef, and crumbled bacon in a large mixing bowl. Let chilled meats sit at room temperature or microwave briefly to take the chill off.
  2. Add the cooked rice or quinoa and mixed vegetables to the bowl. Toss gently to distribute evenly.
  3. Pour the ranch dressing over the mixture and stir until well coated. Optional: heat mixture in a skillet over medium for 2–4 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve in individual bowls and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

For meal prep, store the dressing separately and add it just before serving. You can swap rice for quinoa for extra texture.
