Description

A delightful dish that combines juicy chicken, creamy sauce, and soft pasta all baked to perfection. Perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, cheddar cheese, onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Mix everything until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly. If you like a crunchy topping, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dish is bubbly and golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra convenience, use rotisserie chicken. Feel free to add other vegetables for more nutrition. This dish can be made ahead and refrigerated.
