Description

A comforting and creamy chicken casserole with spinach and rich cheeses, perfect for family dinners or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup cooked pasta (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a medium baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and both cheeses. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined. If using, fold in the cooked pasta.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, serve with a crisp green salad or crusty bread. Can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking.
