Ingredients

- Breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour the chili sauce over the meatballs and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving; optionally top with chopped jalapeños or diced onions.
Notes
For a lighter dish, use lean ground beef or swap with ground turkey. Experiment with different cheeses for added flavor.
