Ingredients

  • 4 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 green onions, chopped

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Add sliced bell pepper and shredded cabbage, stirring until vegetables are tender but vibrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour soy sauce and oyster sauce over stir-fry, mixing until well coated.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles and enjoy.

Notes
