- 2–3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt, to taste

Instructions
- Peel and mince the garlic. Measure the sour cream and lime juice. Adjust the number of chipotle peppers based on desired heat.
- Place sour cream, chipotle peppers, minced garlic, and lime juice in a blender or food processor. Secure the lid.
- Blend until smooth and well combined. No heat is required.
- Taste and add salt as needed. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped cilantro if desired.
Notes
Use fresh lime juice for best flavor. Control the heat by adjusting the number of chipotle peppers and removing seeds.
