Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet. Create an indent with your thumb.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are firm. Press indents again if puffed up.
- While cooling, melt chocolate chips until smooth and fill indents with the chocolate.
- Let cool completely before serving.
