Description

A quick and satisfying sandwich featuring creamy ranch dressing, smoky bacon, and tender chicken, perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomato, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and set them on the counter. Chop the chicken into bite-sized pieces if not already done. Cook and crumble the bacon if needed. Shred the lettuce and dice the tomato. Slice the sandwich rolls open and lay them ready.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper to your preference. If desired, briefly toast the rolls for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Layer shredded lettuce and diced tomato inside each roll. Spoon the chicken mixture onto each roll and close them. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken to save time. Store any leftover filling separately from the rolls to avoid sogginess.
