- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 package chocolate cookie crumbs
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Green food coloring
- Red candy decorations or sprinkles
- Mini cake or cupcake liners
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter, then press into the bottom of mini cake liners.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fluffy.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream and add green food coloring, mixing until the color is even.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the crusts, filling generously.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Decorate with red candy or sprinkles before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for easier blending. You can also freeze leftovers for up to 2 months.
