Description

Festive and adorable mini cheesecakes with a creamy filling and chocolate crust, perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 package chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Green food coloring
  • Red candy decorations or sprinkles
  • Mini cake or cupcake liners

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter, then press into the bottom of mini cake liners.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fluffy.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream and add green food coloring, mixing until the color is even.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the crusts, filling generously.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  7. Decorate with red candy or sprinkles before serving.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easier blending. You can also freeze leftovers for up to 2 months.
