Delightful homemade candy combining creamy cream cheese and crunchy Oreos wrapped in smooth white chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Sprinkles or crushed Oreos for decoration
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs in a food processor.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the formed truffles for about 30 minutes until firm.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each frozen truffle into the melted white chocolate and return them to the baking sheet.
- Decorate with sprinkles or crushed Oreos while the chocolate is still wet.
- Let them set until the chocolate hardens, then serve.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, or freeze for up to three months.
