Delightful no-bake peanut butter balls coated in chocolate, perfect for festive celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Sprinkles or crushed nuts for decoration (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, unsalted butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips with vegetable oil until smooth and creamy.
  5. Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  6. Place them back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with decorations before the chocolate sets.
  7. Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm, then serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, use crunchy peanut butter. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
