Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Beat the butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently.
- Spread the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan.
- Sprinkle with colorful sprinkles just before serving.
