- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot and mix well.
- Cover and set your crockpot to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Once the chicken is cooked and tender, shred it in the crockpot and mix it well with the sauce.
- Serve the chicken and sauce over the spaghetti, adding shredded cheese on top if desired.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm it in the microwave or on the stove.
