Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and honey (or corn syrup). Stir consistently until the mixture melts and blends smoothly.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the oats, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder (if using). Mix everything together until well combined and uniform.
- Using a spoon, drop rounded spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper or a baking sheet. Ensure they are spaced apart to allow for slight spreading.
- Let the cookies cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes until they become firm. Once set, enjoy your delightful no-bake cookies!
