Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (like erythritol or stevia)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Measure out all ingredients.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, nut butter, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips evenly. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
  4. Place balls on the baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
